Riad Caravane - Ait Ben Haddou

Updated: Jul 7

It was a perfect relaxing getaway. It was everything we had hoped for and more. From check-in to check-out, it was faultless. It was a hidden gem in the Atlas Mountains, a perfect place to unwind and relax.

The views were spectacular.

Our room was gorgeous and modern, with a great shower and hot water pressure. The bed was heaven.

It was so spacious and immaculate.

You could easily spend a few days chilling out here and slowing life down.

The beautifully designed rooftops offer plenty of areas for all guests.

We even enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the sun on the roof with a bottle of wine.

We stayed here for five nights and dined at the Riad each day. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The environment was warm, and you became familiar with all the staff and guests.

It was very intimate. The food and a vast range of local dishes were an absolute delight daily.

Riad Caravane was a short walk to the nearest village and only 15 minutes to Ksar, an Ancient town and UNESCO site.

The staff were exceptional, from check-in and housekeeping to restaurant staff; they always loved chatting, and nothing was too much. A special thank you to everyone at the Riad for the service and exceptional treatment on my birthday; I was surprised by a beautiful homemade cake and local musicians during dinner.

We highly recommend Riad Caravane, and you won’t be disappointed!
